Pilates

Gain total body fitness. Pilates is a method of complete body conditioning developed by Joseph Pilates more than 70 years ago. Participants use the mind to control the muscles, focusing on inner strength to keep the body balanced and support the spine. Pilates is performed as a mat-based workout or with special resistance equipment, and is comprised of more than 500 exercises.

Those new to Pilates will begin with three hours of private instruction before joining a class, to become comfortably and safely acquainted with various movements and equipment. Please check our class schedules for full descriptions and class times.
