Please review the following information to assure an optimal D. Body Studio experience. By voluntarily participating in classes and activities at D. Body Studio, you agree to these terms and policies.
Both D. Circle members and walk-ins must check in at the front desk before each class or session begins. New guests should arrive 20 to 25 minutes early to register and become acclimated before class begins. New client forms are available to print online prior to your first visit.
It is not necessary to be a D. Circle member to take classes at D. Body Studio. As a walk-in, you may simply pay per class or purchase a weekly pass. D. Circle members do have the privilege of pre-registering for all classes online. If you are concerned about class availability, please check our class schedule or contact us.
As a courtesy to instructors and fellow students, please arrive on time (or a few minutes early) for classes, and inform the instructor if you must leave early. If you’re more than 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to join the class. Latecomers are particularly disruptive in Pilates and yoga classes.
We provide mats and all equipment needed for classes, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. We encourage students to bring their own yoga mats and Pilates socks for hygiene reasons. We offer yoga mats and Pilates socks for sale in our front lobby. For Pilates mat classes, you may bring your yoga mat and use it on top of our thicker Pilates mat.
To optimize space and protect floors, do not bring street shoes, clothing, purses, bags, food, or drinks other than water into studios. Lockers are available outside the studios for purses, valuables, phones, etc. Dermedics is not responsible for loss of personal property in the studio or parking lot.
You may bring into studios water, a towel, or other items needed specifically for class. For yoga or Pilates classes, please remove shoes prior to entering the studio.
To maintain our peaceful environment, please turn off or silence your phone or pager. Under no circumstances should phones be used inside the class studios. If you must use your phone, please do so outside to avoid disturbing others.
For safety reasons and the comfort of other members, please do not bring children to the studio. Mature teenagers are welcome to take classes if a parent or guardian has signed our consent form. D. Body Studio does offer classes specifically designed for teens.
Payment Terms
Pre-payment is required for all sessions, series, or workshops. D. studio enforces a strict cancellation policy for all private training, duet sessions, series and workshops: At least 24 hours advance cancellation is required for payment to be refunded or credited for private sessions. At least 12 hours advance cancellation is required if you pre-register for any class. All late cancellations and no-shows for pre-registered classes will be charged an $18 fee. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be credited. Weekly passes, monthly plans, private session, and duet training payments are non-refundable.
Private and duet training sessions are for use in a specified calendar month. Please only purchase the number sessons you are confident you will use within a calendar month. D. A single class pass or weekly pass may be purchased at our front desk. Weekly passes must be used within 7 days of purchase.
We accept cash, checks, debit/check cards, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. A credit card number may be kept securely on file to facilitate payments — inquire at the front desk.

Punctuality: Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for check-in, changing, showering, and pre-treatment relaxation.
Cell phones: To maintain our tranquil environment, we ask that spa guests keep cell phones on silent mode and talk only in areas that are not disrupting to other guests.
Medical alerts: Please let us know if you are pregnant; have muscle or joint injuries; suffer from high blood pressure; have had recent laser or plastic surgery; or use Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, and any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications. These conditions may affect our ability to perform certain treatments. If you are a regular client and your health history or medications have changed, please let us know prior to any treatment.
Junior spa guests: Guests under the age of 18 may enjoy spa services only when an adult or legal guardian has signed for approval of services by providing a guardian consent form, or accompanies them at the appointment time.
Cancellations: We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment, and a credit card number is needed to hold your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.
Returns: Dermedics accepts returns of most merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Without exception, we are unable to accept returns of opened cosmetics and fragrances. Items purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not individually. Clothing and specialty items, sale items, and “as is” items are non-returnable. All refunds are for spa retail credit only, to be applied to future product purchases. No cash refunds.
Miscellaneous: Please keep valuables secure in a locker or on your person for the duration of your visit. Dermedics is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Ensuring guest safety is a top priority. A client form and consent form must be completed before each and every treatment.
Dermedics reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or alter prices on certain treatments without prior notification to assure that the highest standards of service and quality are met. Should you have questions, please ask our staff when you book your appointment.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, gift certificates, checks, and cash as payment for spa services or retail items.
You may choose to leave gratuities for any of our staff members for quality treatment and service. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but this amount is left to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash or by credit card.
